Installation
- Click on Appointo's listing page on HubSpot.
- Click on 'Install' to initiate the integration. If you do not have an Appointo account already, it will create one for you. If Appointo account already exists, it will integrate with the same account.
- Click on the following link to install the Appointo's HubSpot app Appointo Dashboard
Usage
- Whenever a new appointment is scheduled, Appointo automatically creates contacts, companies, and meetings whenever a booking is done by the client and assigns it to the respective team member. Manage all your appointments through HubSpot.
- You can setup automated emails/text for reminders, booking confirmations, rescheduling, cancellation, thank you, and feedback for your customers from the appointment configuration.
